A new study from the Division of Cardiology at the University of California confirms that Juul’s claim to be “safer” than cigarettes is false.   This study demonstrates that inhaling nicotine impairs the user’s vascular and endothelial functions.  The user’s cardiovascular outcome is negatively affected.  This may be compounded in teenagers, who have reported over-consumption of nicotine products such as Juul.
